RETURN & REFUND POLICY

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind Duke Drip and the products we offer. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll work with you to make it right through a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the circumstances.

Our goal is simple: provide quality products and outstanding customer service.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos of the product and packaging, if applicable

We will review the issue and provide a replacement, store credit, or refund as appropriate.

Returns

Unused and unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Product must be unused
  • Product must be in its original packaging
  • Return request must be made within 30 days of delivery

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of our error.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process and post the refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used products
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or final-sale items
  • Products damaged through misuse, abuse, or improper handling

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled prior to shipment.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process outlined above.
